All Christmas hampers will be shipped week of 15th December. Expect an email that week with tracking information.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 working days to let you know your order is on the way.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY — £5
2-3 working days once your order is processed

LONDON SAME-DAY DELIVERY — £15
This is for products that are fresh. We will ask you to select a delivery date, and your product will be sent out and delivered on that day.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES;

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible here with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
